Puerta a la Vida is a new mega-resort and luxury residential development currently underway in Costa Rica. In branding Puerta a la Vida, it was critical to set it apart from the clutter of luxury projects in Costa Rica. So, instead of the ostentatious branding typical of most upscale resorts, we cast PLV brand as a “post-luxury” development, focused on richness |
of experience and understated sophistication rather than crass materialism. After setting the brand strategy, we developed a full visual identity system, website, sales kit, P.R. messaging guide, and a range of other promotional materials for the resort’s upcoming launch. |
