Miami Goes Italian
Working with the team behind the storied Italian brand St. Ambroeus, Love & War developed the concept, naming, identity, materials, and brand experience for “La Centrale” – a 3-level food hall and multi-venue fine dining experience at the heart Brickell, Miami’s fastest growing neighborhood.
One of the key challenges of the project was defining an identity that would resonate with a Miami audience and its more expressive, exuberant luxury culture. So, rather than follow the typical food hall playbook and its industrial-chic, market hall cliches, we dialed up the branding with a vivid palette, original illustrations, and an experience narrative inspired by the fantasy of an Italian holiday in classic coastal towns such as Almafi and Portofino.
