There may be no greater symbol of Detroit’s rising clout than the new Shinola Hotel – a destination experience walkable to the new sports arenas and complete with an open air “market alley” and multifaceted F&B program. Working with the team at NoHo Hospitality, Love & War developed branding and creative for the Shinola Hotel’s key F&B venues including The Brakeman, a classic American beer hall; Penny Red’s, a “secret” fried chicken joint; San Morello, an upscale Northern Italian restaurant, and Mister Dips, an ice cream and burger joint making its first appearance in Detroit since being established at NYC’s William Vale Hotel.
