How can a beloved but faded Sonoma farmhouse inn align with the demands of today’s most discriminating, luxury-seeking customers? Love & War answered this question by completely overhauling the MacArthur Place brand to align with the new culture of luxury, emphasizing authentic experiences, wellness, and an enlightened worldview above formality and flash.
We developed a new identity system that signaled an ultra-exclusive, “natural luxury” retreat. We developed digital expressions that carried forward the narrative while optimizing the online user experience. And, perhaps most significantly, we reimagined the hospitality experience, including strategic guidance and creative design for virtually every aspect of the guest journey, from arrival to checkout.
