Our partnership with Tishman Speyer spans multiple high-profile projects. For The Spiral, the Bjarke Ingels-designed tower at Hudson Yards, we developed the brand positioning, launch strategy, and a series of integrated print, OOH, and digital campaigns. For Morgan North, a historic postal distribution center reimagined as a modern office, we created a multifaceted campaign showcasing its expansive green rooftop and unique mix of heritage and innovation. And for Studio, Tishman Speyer’s new co-working brand, we supported the positioning and developed the launch campaign.
